## Content Focus
CARBONE Dubai opened in October 2025 at Atlantis, The Royal — the 10th global outpost of Major Food Group's celebrated brand and the first in the Middle East. Founded by Chef Mario Carbone, Jeff Zalaznick, and Chef Rich Torrisi, CARBONE draws inspiration from the grandeur of 1950s Italian-American dining in New York. The Dubai incarnation, designed by Ken Fulk and Bishop Design, features jewel-toned velvet banquettes, Venetian glass mirrors, and a patinated coffered metal ceiling. It is one of Dubai's most anticipated and celebrated restaurant openings of 2025, located within Atlantis The Royal — ranked among the World's 50 Best Hotels.
